The documentary Lodgings deals with the situation of people and families surviving on the brink of homelessness. At the same time, it follows the process of making the law on social housing. To map the situation, the director joined forces with civic activist Ivana Čonková. They attempt to verify the hypothesis that the reason for the critical state of social housing lies in the prevailing anti-gypsy moods, which leads them to questioning politicians, experts and the residents of hostels. With the determination to penetrate places where they are not welcome with a camera and to ask direct questions, they are able to capture the sensitive fabric of the social problem.
